Dear Sir/Madam,

We are not at all satisfied with your services and you also failed to keep the promise made to us. Hence, we are withdrawing our above Application with immediate effect, and we do hereby request you to do the following;

1. Return all documents of mine, Pankaj Kumar Singh (Applicant) & my wife, Aishwarya Budhiraja (Co-applicant).

2. Refund process fees paid (by Pankaj Kumar Singh out of his own account) to DHFL amounting to Rs. 33, 140/- (out of which Rs. 5, 515/- paid through cheque bearing no. 000262 dated 19.07.10 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and balance Rs. 27, 625/- paid through banker’s cheque bearing no. 000446 dated 24.07.10 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

3. Return Original Foreclosure letter issued by HDFC Ltd.

4. Return Original List of documents issued by HDFC Ltd.

5. Return Twelve Original Blank Cheques of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. signed by Pankaj Kumar Singh.

6. Return Four (4) Blank ECS Forms signed by Pankaj Kumar Singh.

Please send all the same stated above along with refund of process fees within Seven (7) days from today.
