Charges for using society office primises

Dear sir,

We are the owner of the flat no. G7 / B-2 Deawan Kalpaka, Navyug Nagar, dewanman vasai road (w). My Name is Dilip V. Shah. I have utilised our society office primises for my daughter marriage for 25 days.

The Society Member demanding rupees 3750/- (Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty) for using society office premises for 25 days (@ 150/- per day.

We have given a letter to the Society and C.C. to Society register office at Papdi Vasai.

We informed them in letter that you you have not passed any circular for any charges and all. And not discussed in AGM from last 2 years.

We are very poor people and not able to afford this much charge. We are willing to give them 1500/- as goodwill amount.
