All Bank has been closed

Sir,

I have done a fixed deposit, which maturity is been done. But now when i went to the bank the bank was shut down. I tried the contact number of the branch that were known to me, but even that have been shut down. Somehow got the number of Radheshyam Gupta the chairman of Dhanlaxmi Credit Society. But he's not willing to receive's anyone call.
