He is the biggest fraud person, sells land which is of no use and as per his rules if a person who has taken his land and want to sell it cannot sell it to other person he has to sell it to Dharap only and what Dharap does is he takes back the land giving the person only the half amount and never returns the remaining amount. There should be strict action taken against him
