Dear Sir/Madam,

1. I was retired from Army (Corps of Signals) on 31 Mar and my PPO No is S/049751 (ARMY) dt 27 Dec issued by Office of the Principal CDA (Pensions) Allahabad. I submitted all relevant document like life certificate on 13 Apr SBI, Palwal and same was forwarded to CPPC, State bank of India, 2nd floor Chandni Chowk Delhi 06 but same was not credit in my account till date my Account No is 30263668555 SBI, Palwal. I visit may times and quarry about this matter but no response by the SBI, Palwal.

2. I request again kindly credit the amount at the earliest please.
