Interest rate increased suddnely

My Loan A/c Number is 00002567

I took a loan from DHFL in 21st July 11, 50, 000 Insurance Cost Rs. 39796 (till today i have not received a receipt and Insurance policy For the Same ) = 11, 79, 796/ at the rate of 9% but from 01.01.11 you raised a interest rate 9.5 and now from 01.04.2011 @ 10.75% (this rate is increased without giving any intimation to me and without any RBI Circulars to increase the interest Rate)

When i met to Branch Manager Mr R.K. Bhat at Ahmedabad regarding this increase rate he was telling me dhfl cost of fund is raised so my rate of Interest is increasing this is not viable

when you see my loan account i have not completed a year of loan and the interest rate has been changed thrice in a year

Kindly See the matter and take action against them
