About Processing Fee

Dear Sir,

I take loan of Rs. 408312 but as per condition the processing fee will be 1% . So processing fee will be 4083.12, but the Chakan DHFL Branch Person take Rs.6015 rupees from me. Even i ask them as per your condition the processing fee will 1%, but that person answer that it is minimum fee. Plz take necessary action on them.
