Increase home loan interest rate

We had taken a loan from DHFL for our flat. While taking the loan the rate of interest at which it was approved was 10% floating. Then after a month they increased without intimation and within another after 2-3 months they have further increased interest without intimating us... presently my home loan interest is 13.25% please do something for me and other customers.
