Poor knowledge of dcomument collection

I am taking loan from DHFL pune Branch Shivaji Nagar. i given all the documents as per their list and file was logged, after that they get processing fees from me. The loan was approved by DHFl and they send me SMS of Loan amount and Loan approval letter. After all done then they saying you have to take co- applicant, and u have to submit their all documents, i go to their branch, there was no body on the reception for attend u. I wait for 30 min. there, nobody talk with u also your agent was not there. My loan file was handover to another new agent now he asking for history of the property, documents. Salary proof, all other things which are all ready provided by me then he said get all the document again otherwise your chaque was not given to u i logged this proposal to 1 of feb. Still it was in process. It to irritating to me.

It was worst service experience for me. Also no hospitality for the clients, nobody attending for u.
