Want a letter why cancel my home loan

Hello Sir,

My self Rahul Shrikant Pandare staying in mumbai (Dahisar)

I have taken a home loan from DHFL (30th july). At the last moment they cancel my cheque due to some issue occur.

so when i told that i want a letter from your bank that why you cancel my home loan, they told me that we are not giving you any letter, and also they told me that they will return my processing fees with deduct some amount .(i.e checking charges).

Please do any helpful.
