Processing fee not recd

I have apply home loan in dhfl in the month of sept 11, but builder document is incomplete hence loan was not approved; they charge processing fee of rs 9052. I am send a request for refund a processing fee in the month of oct 11, but till date i have not recd my processing fee. Please sort my complaint as soon as possible. My home loan application no is 724652.
