Not disbursng loan

Sir

I have applied for loan from DHFL. My loan was sanctioned. but when time for disbursement came. My owner said registry will be on govt rates, same thing I communicated to Mr. Sumit an employee of DHFL Jalandhar. he said we will not give u loan. cancel your loan. It is really embarrassing for me to get such kind of response from an employee. Now need my document back. he iws saying give me application then we will think over this issue. DHFL is misguiding the client. do necessary favour for me in getting the document back84
