DHFL/HOME LOAN
Loan not disburssed even after they have offered the cum acceptance lette

I had applied for home loan 6 months before.the legal formalities which they demanded i already have submitted & even they have given the letter of offer cum acceptance.my application no. is 00606700 & file no. is 00000245.The blunder from which i deeply embarassed that they have cut the installment from my bank account of Rs.8044.But still they have not given me the cheque of loan amount Rs.11, 47, 696.Now as per my discussion with them they are demanding the security which is not mentioned in their letter of cum acceptance. Initially the property wich i am purchasing is resell property & is loaned from LIC.In beginning regarding BT (business transfer) they had not put any type of conditions before me but now they are bothering me by demanding security of Rs. 10 lacs 31 thousands. I am getting suffered a lot with their response.please take any counter action against them.
