Hi,

I applied for Home Loan 3 months back. The cheque for processing fee of 5500 has been taken from my account that time. Post that I paid 12575 for getting sanctioned amount as well as 6000 for Franking and documentation. I have received a text confirming my loan amount has been approved for 20, 58, 000 however I wanted loan for only 16, 40, 000; The bank did a mistake and made a cheque of 12, 40, 000 which is not the amount I am looking for. When I asked for cheque of 16, 40, 000 they said that it would take 3 months as the current cheque needs to be cancelled and a new cheque needs to be made. Spoke with various managers Shree & Sunil Maurya however none of them are able to help me. The call gets disconnected when I try speaking to them or they don't come on the phone. The builder is behind me for 16, 40, 000 me for the balance amount. I need help on this so that I can get cheque of 16, 40, 000 as soon as possible; Contact 9819673953 / 9819673953
