Excess Insurance amount claimed from me

Dear Sir,

i had shifted my house hold goods on 30.03.2011 from Hyderabad to kharghar navi mumbai, till date he was telling i will return the amount but nothing has been paid to me.

they told me that 3% of insured amount is the insurance premium (for one lac it is 3000/-) and gave the receipt from DHL packers and movers Hyderabad but got receipt for Rs 56/- only from insurance company

kindly help me out to get back the balance amount of Rs 2944/- to me
