Non- clearance of dues for long

This company is in Salt lake Kolkata . sect 5, in SDF building.

This company (owner Sanjoy Dey ph : 09830944007, 03323575131 ext 30) asked some employees to leave (reason was given as inadequate funds). When he did so, HR told that he would clear all salaries and also give a months advance salary as per normal procedure. However till now he has not cleared salaries since last 5 months. He has other businesses from which regular income is received. This is sheer non-sense and I request you to kindly take action against such persons who literally plays with othes hard earned money.
