Credit of Annual fee charged & gst charged on the annual fees

Dear Sir/Madam,

In spite of repeated complaints about annual fees charged every year & GST on it, we are not getting any response from your end about my complaint. while applying for Cr card, I have been told that annual fees are waived off .but you charge me every year & then give credit later on after complaining.

Now I have complained twice in last week & on10th Jan but not received any reply from your end. So if you don't reply & don't give the credit for annual fees & GST on it, I am not interested in continuing using your credit card any more & adjust the amt debited from my account.

Expecting your reply soon & send the statement to my email address regularly.
