Credit card unnecessary charges

Hello there,

what kind of an autocratic bank rbs bank is.

i have been your customer for last four years.

and i have been a real loyal one. i have never defaulted on any of your payments never requested a refund.

imy limit was 1lac rs which you people reduced to 32500 rs and now what you have done is disaster .you have reduced the limit to

rs 950.

.

you simply state you dont want to have loyal customers i will simply withdraw my account from you.

but whats the fun in doing what you people are doing.

sometimes you offer me a platinum card . which i didnt want to take because i was happy with my gold card.

this is very shamefull on your part. please take some action swiftly .or i will be forced to discontinue my card with you.my card no is 541538232754 5570 in the name of Dina Guptamy account balance is clear and i have no defaults.

Last December i had met with major Accident, thus i paid my acoount re4gularly but your pepole debited financial charges and late payment charges to me i requested the delhi pepole Amit and now Mr. Gaurav They rudely misbehave with me and harreste me.

And also your ahmedabad agencyies gunda came to me and asked me for 10000 rs to not come to my place for ughrani purpose agemcy name is p.c.s, sakar II ahmedabad

so i request yu to first clear all the debit charges yu have debited to my account the i will pay balnce amt otherwise no and alos if your agency wala going to harrase me the i am going to court.

Please suggest how should I handle this situation, so that the bank can verify all the details and get all the unnecessary charges cleared from my account. Since I have already stopped using RBS Credit Card and don't want to use it anymore.
