Cheated by IBL Club Leisure

Respected Sir / Madam,

I Sudam, a poor man wanted to inform u that a call came from Club Leisure on 28th march morning 10.30 am for giving us a free card with 10% discount on buying any products. The call came via internet and the person had told us that we will give various benefits on like diesel, petrol, hotels, resorts with 10% discount. He was asking me do u have any other credit cards and tell me your credit card number so i have given my Citi bank credit card number to him and also he told that if i have any other card then only we can give you benefits of this card ie. Dining Plus Card.

Then the citibank messaged me on the same day at 2.27pm in aftenoon that Rs.5, 509.00 was spent on your credit card 5546XXXXXXXX8009 on 28 Mar- 11 at INDIABIZILINE SOLUTIO. Final FX rates and charges apply for international txns. Then again in evening Dining Plus card person called me for confirming my address and that time i told him that from my account this amount has been deducted and i don't want your card because i am a rickshaw driver and my rickshaw is on loan so i cant spend this much money on such cards and for me its big amount. I requested him a lot but he told me that now you have to take that card anyhow and you will get a free watch with this card and he ended the call. And then he messaged me on 9th april that Dear Sudam your Club Leisure Pack has been dispatched via. AWB, will reach you in 7 working days. For any queries call 011 -45738585. I have called on this number but no one has recieved has recieved my call. Then one box i have recieved on 11th April thru courier.

Then i have recieved a Bill form Citi Bank credit card that your amount has been deducted on this days from your account. So i was shocked,

I am rickshaw driver license number : - 81 / E280610 Batch number: - E170536 and for me this is a very big amount and so i request you that u will try your best to give me my money back which i have lost and because of this my family is also disturbed and i myself is not purchasing anything from my Citi Bank card i don't have money sir so I hope you will return me back my money Rs. 11, 018 /-.
