SBI Card Holder - Cheated by Dining Plus

Please note that on Nov 29th I received a call from Dining Plus claiming to be the subsidiary of SBI - Credit Card company. Their agent gave me all the rosy pictures of the lucrative benefits Then at the end of the conversation the Tele agenst from Dining Plus asked me for the card# in order for them to process and so that I could avail all the benefits. The agents name was Tarun Sharma (Dining Plus - Sr. Verification Officer) with whom I was conversing. They also confirmed to me that I will be only charged when I avail their benefits and not before that. I am dismayed and shocked today to find via SMS that they have already charged me 5499/-for no reason at all. Is there any way that I could refuse them payment or claim the amount back from them.
