Cacellation of Credit Card offe

Last month mid (January) there was a call from Dining Plus and they (rep) told to me that "You are a privileged customer and selected for issue of a free credit card at free of cost from Dining Plus" and also more saying the benefits of the card uses in India and abroad and also they (rep.) requested for my SBI credit card number and asked about how long using this card. Meanwhile, I have never assured to their rep. for chargeable amount of 5499=00 on debit in my SBI credit card, after that a message received to my mobile on 16.01.2012 from LM-059651, it shows that for Rs.5499 has been debited in my account (without my permission). And till now I have not receive any card/document from Dining Plus. This is for your kind information and I request to you kindly cancel Dining Plus credit card and directed to re-credited the said debited amount in my SBI credit card account immediately.
