Dining plus - Unauthorised transaction

I Kunal Asalmol Credit Card Holder got a call in this month on 7th Mar from a executive of dinning plus card regarding issuing a lucrative offers in my name at free of cost (the same was confirmed to me repeatedly) though initially i showed no interest but they said there are 5 benefits at absolutely free of cost including vouchers for 3 nights stay along with many other benefits. when i received a message on my cell which charged me of rs. 5, 499- towards the dining plus. I had shared no information except credit card number (DID not disclosed my CVV no). The dinning plus card authorities has cheated and misused my credit card number and made an unauthorised transaction.

I have not also recived the card.

The customer care number provided to me shows wrong number..
