Dining Plus card- Fraud Card

I am very unhappy with Dining Plus card, i went to Poorvika mobile stores in Kandanchavdi-Chennai

and bought some mobile accessories, i shown the card to mobile store person before billing and asked for the discount

they said its not acceptale, even we dont know this card what it is.

Simply Dining Plus is a useless card..
