Transaction without conscent

Sir,

I have received a SMS on 09.11. stating transaction at dining plus for Rs.5499//. immedeately on seeing the message i went to a SBI ATM and made transaction at my native place and keeping the transaction slip as evidence.without my conscent Rs5499 was taken by dining plus outlet.using my SBIcredit card number without my knowledge. I have already sent two E mails to the diningplus corporate office seeking details othe above illegal transaction for making complait with cyber crime branch, but in vein. N ecessary action may kindly be taken to retreive the illegally siphoned amount Rs.5499// from my credit card account. thanking you sir. P.GUNASEKARAN.CUDDALORE, TAMILNADU.
