Without my authorization taken the miny from my credit card

Dear sir

Kindly note last i received one phone call in my mobile like i called from dining plus India and we give the card with out any charges also we will give many compliments for the same, so i wrongly understand all their words and i gave the my visa credit card full no and next day i seen my SMS alert & mails with out my approval DINING PLUS INDIA guys taken the money from my credit card for initial payment, that is sum of Rs.5499/-,

i came to knew thro" SMS alert and immediately called to DINING PLUS INDIA, why you did like this with out my approval taken the money from my credit card. they said this is welcome kit money and you will going get the benefit on this money and i told them please return the my money to the same credit card a/c, but already we processed the kit, but with out my knowledge & approval how this guys take it as advantage, this is really unethical & am suffered a lot for this, Just one mobile talking was taken the sum of Rs. 5499/- means it is really crucial sir,

so please help me out in this regard and do the needful, thanks for your efforts & help sir, please please please
