Taken money Rs5, 499/- without my concern

Dining plus has taken money from my credit card Rs. 5499/- on 17th Feb. The sms message on 17th Feb said that Dining plus has taken the said amount. I have called SBI credit card manager and asked them to block the card as I felt that some body is doing some malpractice. 'cos the money has been taken without my concern. I do wonder how State Bank of India credit card wing also yield to that? They have paid the money without my signature or even without my concern. The act which had happened with Dining plus make me to feel that the credit card managers too involved in such act. I have lodged a complaint with state bank of India too. They are trying to treat the payment as wrong payment from my side. I am not happy with the dealings made by dining plus, Mumbai. They have neither done any service to me nor return the money. The state bank of India credit card people have added interest and service charges for the wrong thing they have done and put me in great trouble. I wish to take action on both dining plus as well as State bank of India credit card wing for this matter.
