Dining Plus, SBI Credit Cards
Complaint against unwanted transaction

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am Somenath Das, email id: some7das@gmail.com. On 10th july 11, about 6 o' clock in the evening a call came to my mobile from Dining Plus, they claimed that they are calling from Delhi and in collaboration with SBI Credit cards. They wanted to verify my card no. and wanted to deliver free gifts and also offered a card with which I can get 20% discount in hotels and 10% discount in medical cases and I had to pay only 599/- per annum for it, They would send a bill and after that I had to pay it. I answered to to send the bill first then I would think whether consider it or not.

But on 11 july morning i.e., the next day a sms came to my mobile from Dining Plus that they debited 5499/- from my SBI card A/C. Immediately after t hat I sent emails to both Dining Plus to cancel the illegal transaction and to SBI card to clarify how can they debit my money without my prior permission. I wanted my money back. SBI replied to response within 7 days where as on 12th Dining Plus made a call to me to threat and disconnected the line by complaining line disturbance. Again on 20th I sent another email to them for having the cancellation no. but till now I have not any cancellation no.

On the other hand on 19th SBI sent a dispute form to fill up and said it would charge 225/- Govt. tax for it. I have already filled up the form and sent it to them again. Now I am helpless as I can do nothing any more. Please take action. I request you to help me in this regard.
