Mis-behave by Collection agent

Hello Top Managment,

I am highly disappointed with your Collection Agents who have mis-behaved with me and colleagues in my office on 16th March. I am on-site currently in Spain but your collection agent every desk in the office and harassed everyone with bad and foul words. Can you please look into it and ensure that it doesn't happen again. Otherwise I am going to sue your company.
