Non deliveryof courrier dak

Dear Sir,

We are the traders in Health Dept. of Haryana (India) and a lot of dak is being sent from Hisar (Haryana) to Kurukshetra, Fatehbad, Sirsa, Bhiwani, Narnaul, Chandigarh and delivery of Dak at Kurukshetra, Narnul, Fatehbad, Bhiwani is very poor. Delivery is being done by the Franchasis holder after a week (after our several reminder). Mostly the delivery of Dak at Narnaul is very poor (Mr. Mittal Franchasis holder). We have to face lot of difficulty as non delivery of dak at Narnaul, Bhiwani. Sometime financial losses are beared due to non receipt of dak to their door-step. One thing I will forget to say at Hisar (Haryana) my delivery of dak are made in the evening hours, when the timings of Bank lapses. So kindly intervene in the matter and settle the issue as soon as possible.
