Harrasment in the name of Reccovery

Reccovery for my loan freezing the guarantors a/c.

Sir,

My name is Sreekumara Sarma.

I had taken amortgae loan from DNSB . Last payment I made in march.and (on 29th March) There after I could not make any pyments. The Bank initiated for the reccovery. They had send notices. and I had made the payments for the over dues and made the a/c regularised. there after also they stared the reccovery as says NPA status for my a/c

They have not called me or give any opportunity to express my views before the court (co Op. court.) They are acting as their own officials as the court and issuing the orders with the seals of the Govt. symbol/ logo. The recovery officers are employee s of the DNSB only So far I have nor received any paper from the Co Op court as they says have filed the case., Since I am regularly in touch with Recovey officer. they know I am very available I have promised the repayments.even assured to clear the a/c by 10th of April. even made part payment. Still they freezed the guarators s/b a/c and he is not able to take money for even his medical exp and house hold exp. Recenty I made payment on 29th March

Is it True the bank can do so? or act like this? like freezing the a/c of the guarantor and recover it from him when I am very much available, and making payments.?

What is the proccedure of reccovery of the bank as per the RBI/ indian Recovery act.?

can have some releief from the recovery harrsment.? Any way I am closing the account by 10th April.
