Non delivery of Parcel

Consignment no.605399411 .

Sender :-State Bank of Mysore. Coimbatore

A parcel from the above bank received to your office on 27 th Jan. The courier man came to my residence on 28th noon. Since my door was locked he left the Imtimation slip to the door step and left. On coming, I contacted your courier office and they said that the Courier will deliver the next day. The next day, since no one from your office came to my house I telephoned them and got the replay that the courier man will come at any time. But, till evening one showed up. Then I contacted your office again and got the message that the consignment is in Head office and the same wiil be delivered the next day. After words a Telephone call came from the office and said that the consignment is sent back to the sender the same day for the reason no one could explain. The document sent by the back was very important and it need to submit to another office urgently. It will cause a substantial loss for me for delay.

I need an explanation for your irresponsible action. This kind of action is not tolereble. After hearing from you I will go for the appropriate acton.
