Torn Notes - ATM Withdrawal

On Sunday Evening - I had done withdrawal of INR 10000 from Dombivli Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd. - ATM near to Pendharkar College, MIDS, Dombivli East & two notes of INR 100/- each was in a torn condition and when I approached Bank they refused to accept that these notes are from their ATM machine and they showed marking present on their notes which was not present in notes dispensed to me.

Need to know how I can prove now that withdrawal was done from that particular ATM and these torn notes belong to Dombivli Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd. - ATM

I am sure all ATMs are having cameras which capture picture or video for all ATM withdrawals hence can it be one source from which I can prove that withdrawal was done from that particular ATM and these torn notes belong to Dombivli Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd. - ATM?
