Fauds committed by Domestic Maid Agency

Dear Sir,

I have been duped by two domestic maid providing agencies based in Delhi.

I have been duped of Rs. 27, 000 from these two agencies who have taken the service charges from me, sent maids who worked approximately for 2 weeks each, reported sickness and disappeared. Till now (ver a period of 7 months) i've been telephonically following with these agencies for my money but my request has not yielded.

This agreement was signed on 8th June and the charges were Rs 12000 for a 1 year agreement. He sent a lady named Maya who worked for about 2 weeks, then reported sick and went back to agency. After that they promised to return my money as they were not able to provide an alternate maid. I've been calling them almost everyday for my money and they kept making false promises giving me dates after dates. Finally on Sept 1st they provided an alternate maid instead of reimbursing my money. This girl worked for a month and then went on leave for 10 days, came back with typhoid and went back to the agency on 25th Oct. From then onwards again i've been requesting them for money without any result.

This agency provided one maid who was a very poor worker and so we had to return her after 18 days. From then onwards we hvnt received an alternate maid or our money despite our phone calls almost every day.

I've the signed agreement and receipts in my possession.
