I Mr. Vishwanath. P, Woked In DreamGains As Sr. Technical Analyst, Worked Giving Commodity Calls & training Jr.technical Analyst for 18 months (Confirmed Employee). In the Month Oct I was Sent Out without Paying Salary, I was Told to Work Without Salary OR leave the Job Paying CompanyTwo Months Salary. Also Put false Misconduct Warning & Sent me out Saying No Salary.

As Per My Contract, I Aked them To settle Two Months Salary, Incase if i am Relieved from Service.

Can Any Suitable Advocate Suggest Me How to Put Case Against these Three People

As they Asked me to Put Papers & I did Put my Papers asking Two months Salary, Next Day They Put Misconduct Warning Saying No Salary
