Arrogance and corrupt act of traffic police

Yesterday around (7 8 2011) i was travelling in my car from madhura to gurgaon.

around 3 15 pm, i was stopped by a team of traffic police, about 3 or 4 people, immediately after palwal;

they verified my RC, driving licence insurance and demanded fine for dark shaded sun control film ; i am driving my car with this kind of sun control film in gurgaon for the past one year and it is certainly not dark and is light shaded and factory fitted ;

i do not know the rules and i was prepared to pay this fine but i wanted a receipt for the same ; but the junior police officer said that he can give the receipt only if i surrender the original RC book ;or i have to drive down to a police station (about 30 plus 30 mts drive) show the RC book (give a xerox copy) and pay the fine there ;or

pay the fine of Rs 500 and don't ask for any receipt

what a cruel treatment for taking the fine without receipt?

for no reason they stopped me and took away this bribe

i have no documentary evidence to show you

if your department did not take necessary action and refund the money to me

i am going to put it up in electronic media

as a honourable professional and citizen of this country, i am greatly offended by the behaviour of your department
