Receiving harrsment calls to my mobile, landline & office no

Harassment received from Citi Bank (Credit Card) Division reg. payment. Also receiving threatening calls. Person working for Citi Bank is calling to my mobile & landline No. (BSNL Home telephone) & To my office no. Also he has threatened to send Goons to recovery money to My home address & Office. Please take action regarding the same. I need some kind of protection from these people.
