Malpractices because of monopoly

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention toward the malpractices being adopted by DS construction ltd which is managing the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway. This issues is regarding the tag facility being provided by them. Till last month i used to recharge my tag for Rs. 560 for a month. With this tag facility we have two benefits one is that they used to charge toll at 50% per trip for 30 days and second we used to be fast lane. Further, any unutilised amount from that 560 was to be utilised at normal toll rate after 30 days. This was the practices till one month back but now they have changed the system to make any untilised amount lapse after 30 days. when we asked them about this unutilised amount they say that get it recharge and balance amount will be carry forward. Now the point here is that what would we do with that accumulated carry forward balance when we are not able to use the normal recharge amount. this is the recent unethical change and because of this many tag users can be seen arguing with their people in the morning which caused massive traffic jam in the morning. I would request you to please look in this matter which is affecting thousands of daily commuters from Delhi to Gurgaon and vice versa. Moreover, we were never informed by the company.
