We are not recd., any maturity amounts against the following FDRs from Duncan Industries Ltd;

1) FDR No: 326699 Matured on 22.10.2002. Amount (original Rs.7000.00 Maturity Rs.10652.00)

2) FDR No: 339874 Matured on 14.01.2003. Amount (original Rs.5000.00 Maturity Rs.7609.00)

3) FDR No: 175093 Matured on 19.10.2003. Amount (original Rs.10000.00 Maturity Rs.15217.00)

4) FDR No: 178581 Matured on 17.11.2003. Amount (original Rs.10000.00 Maturity Rs.15217 .00)

5) FDR No: 187207 Matured on 10.01.2004. Amount (original Rs.10000.00 Maturity Rs.15217.00)

Name of FD, s Holders: Mr. Bidyut Kumar Choudhury & Mrs. Kajal Choudhury (House wife)

But we have not got any interest nor had we got back the principal amount so far. The Company had assured refund, but every time they did not keep their word. We are having no regular income.

So, we are requesting your concerned persons, as early as possible of our full and final settlements.
