Transport not deliver goods

I Pawan kumar chaurasia r/o f 170 flat 208 swastik apartment lado sarai new delhi

i have booked furniture one dining table and four chair from NEW DELHI (LADO SARAI to JHANSI UTTER PRADESH) BY

EASTERN EXPRESS & LOGISTICS

C-1/E 2ND FLOOR OPP.UTSAV GARDEN GATE NO 2 GURGAON-122001

Amount for freight has been paid via cheque Rs 3000and cash RS 995.

Bill no 476 .as well insurance receipt of amt 10000 mention

EASTERN EXPRESS & LOGISTICS cargo Contact person Preetam (mob no 9350327098)

said at the time of booking company will be delivered at JHANSI within 5 days, now its more than 35 days.

when I call the contact person preetam mre then 50 times he told

1-there is no transport to send the goods and no promise if the goods will deliver or not

2-he is not ready to give back goods.

3-I have requested cargo company (Preetam) give back my goods if unable to send it

he refuse and said if i want my goods back i have to pay rs 1800 more.

4- cargo compny not ready to send my goods or give back even i want to go to police or court,

I have already posted this requested on 12 apr but . no help received by your side.

pls advise and help in this case
