East Weat-TPA
Claim amount not received

The East Weat-TPA has not paid my mediclaim amount. Claim submited on october. I've not received the money till date. I've been calling them every week to know my amount status but every time they answer that the file is in the process. As on today they informed me that my check is in peocess. It is almost 4months. This is a very poor service from the East West TPA who is associated with the great United Insurance.

When will I get back my cashback? my cnn no:80274. can this form justify my case?
