Extra charge without receipt

IGL has indicated on its domestic gas bills that consumers will have to pay Rs.5 extra for making payments at Easy Bill outlets. However, the following outlet is charging another Rs. 5 without giving any receipt for the same. This is totally illegal as was found out when I called the Customer Care of Easty Bill Limited. Kindly take appropriate action in the matter urgently and also confirm that we do not have to pay this additional amount. The details of the outlet are:
