E-TOP SIM EXPIRED

I am one of the retailer of your company in Siliguri, West Bengal. My E Top Sim (Cell No.09126258239) given from your office / Distributor (SD Enterprise, Siliguri). But Sim has expired after 2 or 3 months and E Top balance is left only Rs.400/- . I have repeatedly requested your Salesboy (Cell No.9126202748) and TM (Cell No.9126111023) to give me a New Sim or alternative solution. But there has been no response from them. When a Customer comes to my shop & he finds out that E Recharge is unavailable, then he gets angry. This is causing disturbance in my business. I have heard that your company is a very good company Please deliver new E Recharge SIM at my shop. My Shop address is as follows.
