Closing of Damat & Trading Account

Myself O R Prasanna bearing client id EX210155, not doing any transaction with the above broking company since 9 month and even requested for closing of my account thro Mr. Pramod but Iam unfortunate hear from the MNC representative that they will only send there representative if anybody want to open an account and not provide the same service for smooth closure of account as they want there client to continue even if they are not interested to do so. I took the matter with help desk people, nothing improvement was seen and in turn they convey to me that Mr. Pramod will take care. With all this they stated collecting AMC from me.

Pls get my account closed at the earliest
