Edelweiss is not closing my account even after submitting Closure documents

I have submitted the application to close my Edelweiss trading/demat account on 15-Oct. Even after one month of submitting Closure forms, the account is not closed. The representatives are not providing proper response. They tell that the application is sent to Mumbai office and they are done with their part of work.

Please do needful to close this account.
