EDUCATIONAL LOAN
RECOVERY OF WRONG AMOUNT

Respectfully sir,

I, Ruchi Agarwal D/o Hari Krishna Agarwal wants to inform you that I had taken a Educational Loan from Central Bank of India of amt-1, 10000/-. for two yrs Proffessional Course i.e. PGDBA. After the complition the same i got confirm job at since getting confirm job I was paying my installment decided by the bank on regular basis. Of which I had paid amount above Rs 45000 in a/c no-1429294848 including interest.

But since last two months we are being got pressure as mentally and economically by the person sent by current branch manager for recovery. On asking for statement he refused to give and told that our pending amount is Rs 1, 30000/-. while its not right as per our deposit slips..

The branch manager and the person sent by branch manager have also warned us to deposit whole amount with 10% of whole amount on 25th of march otherwise they will arrest us.

Here I request you to do justice with us, ...
