Education Loan Queries not Answered and Harassement

Respected Sir/Madam,

This complaint is regarding educational loan queries are not answered and harassment. I went Syndicate Bank (Branch: Scope Minar, Laxmi nagar) so many times but queries are not answered.

My query was that "Whether M.Sc. in International Management with Marketing from Foreign university is covered under educational loan or not" but Sr. Manager did not answered me and the language was harassing.

Kindly Help me regarding this. I will be greatly thankful
