Education loan reg

Actually i got education loan for 4years from 2005 to 2009..i paid interest for upto final years..after that i didn't pay..bz i dnt have job at that time..my family was poor family... i heared that education loan interest are get cancelled ..but still now it's confusing me... so pls clearly inform me it will cancelled or not..bz my family can't able to pay interest ..so many critical situation in my family... surely i will pay amount within 4 years..but now i want my eduacion loan interest cancelled or not...
