Non payment of education loan installment

This refers to Education loan agreement number 13488706 of Ms Bindhya Ninan (loan approved is Rs. 400, 000 and we have received Rs. 202, 000 From HDFC Bank Andheri Branch) all our EMI are deposited timely till date.

To begin with let me express that i am deeply disappointed at the response of the HDFC bank to release 3rd installment as agreed. We are in close contact with your staff to settle this issue but no action has been taken from your end

Due to the delay of this loan, my daughter is unable to continue her education and we are in a bad situation to manage her further studies

We request you to take appropriate action so that she can continue her studies further
