This is regarding enquiry about my education loan repayment details and a complaint about the dissatisfaction of the way in which your office has handled my repeated enquiries of the same.

Loan Ammount:7, 56, 000/-

The Queries I had were:

I would like to know the interest amount for the moratorium period which I would like to pay in bulk ASAP.

What is the interest rate currently for my loan.

I was told that if I repay the interest during the moratorium the interest rate reduces by one percentage point. Please confirm the same.

The EMI amount for the repayment of loan.

How do I intimate your bank that you can start deducting the EMI amount from next month.

The complaints that I have against your respected office:

Every body is more interested in shirking off the responsiblity as every boody directs me to a new person who says that he/she is not the right person for the details asked.
