Dear SBI,

I got a call on 31st Oct regarding some offer, it was a telephonic call one lady was speaking because of Diwali we are giving this offer for one year without any charge, for verification purpose please enter your 16 digit credit card number for their reference. After the submission of credit card number i got a message of transaction of Rs.5, 509/-.

I have not given any acceptance for any offer & they swap this credit card without my confirmation. It is like totally fraud, they are cheating peoples. When I shared this information with my friends understand that this was happened with them also but they immediately stop the payment & hold transaction.

I request you to stop this transaction and make this payment in hold. Don’t make any payment to this party. Mean while I will try to get contact details of the merchant and try to cancel this transaction. Once again i request you to hold this transaction of Rs.5, 509/- to Effort BPO Ltd.

Further to this also request you to pls take some strong action against this kind of fraud merchant.
